The five-storey apartment block is characterised mostly by the expressive curve of the corner with its loggias. On each floor are three large flats – two with two rooms and one with three. The arc of the corner is further accentuated by the bay-like protrusion of much of the facade with the flagstaff at its axial point. At the time of construction, the apartment block was one of the anchors of the new ul. Kolárská.
