This residential complex is formed by four parallel rows of five-storey blocks, each conceived as a free-standing object; only the rear row of blocks forms a whole. The apartment blocks have smooth stucco facades, with stone plinths and red window-surrounds. Entrance to the individual staircases is emphasised by the portal with red ceramic tiling; the same tiles are repeated on the pillars of the fence. One unique feature are the separate cellars placed close beside the rear facades of each block: a plinth with small ventilation shafts and a wooden superstructure with a tent roof.
