The ground plan of this block of 52 flats is derived from the conditions of the corner lot, and consists of two almost identically symmetrical sections arranged into the form of an open letter H. On each floor are, in a single section, five two- and three-room flats, of relatively generous dimensions with a central hall and a balcony or loggia. On the ground floor are several small shops. The flat roof with showers served as a sun-terrace. In its appearance, the building has a Purist austerity that verges on the severe, yet within the complex situation of the surrounding apartment villas its lapidary white masses do not appear at all alien, thanks to its cleverly planned organisation.
