On a narrow lot with a slight slope, a total of seven flats and garages were built for employees of a (never-realised) United Nations computer centre. The flats are divided into three types of buildings: 1 unit in a 2-storey object of roughly square floor plan, 2 flats in a 2-storey object with a bent outline (each flat occupying one floor, with the upper flat having access to a large terrace) and four 4-room flats in four narrow two-storey buildings of rectangular outline (interiors by M. Pisončíková). In their disposition and style, these flat-roofed structures are pure, utilitarian and functional.
