The concept of design was proposed at a time when the mass structure of the new central square was not clear since the competition for this space was not published until much later. In the city was built an object which merged together in terms of composition, mass and function the state insurance office and the state bank office. Granite stone is used on the facade, with its most distinctive surface placed above the staircase. The protective grids create a strong distinctive element. They were the original requirement of the client, but they do not burden the building, on the contrary, they provide it with airiness.
