Situated not far from the rail line and the chateau park, the apartment blocks belong to a district created in the first half of the 20th century. In outline forming an L-shape, they surround a partially enclosed courtyard. The street facades are simple, with a few Classicist elements; the side facades are enlivened by exposed brick masonry used for part of the facade (the uppermost floor) and the massive ferroconcrete balconies protruding from the smooth surface. Covering the object is a hipped roof with ceramic tiling.
