This small two-storey duplex house stands on a small hill outside of the city, at the end of ul. Koreszkova and at the foot of a vineyard. From the street, the doubled portal gives access to the lower area of the cellars. Entrance to the upper floor is from the vineyard, reached from the street by a pair of exterior staircases. The object has a low hipped roof and a stone plinth; the ornament and formal vocabulary of the entrance portals is derived from the region’s folk architecture.
