A compact single storey villa with an attic was composed by architects as a mutual semi-detached house. A core of the traditional enclosed layout is dominated by a two arm staircase from which are the individual rooms accessible.
The villa has the features of decorative rondo cubism, which are based on elements of folk architecture. Colorful window linings, a steep gable contrastingly framed with a circular hole in the top, a rustic rugged ledge and arcades on the garden facade are based on Gočár's and Janák's "national" aesthetics. The steep hip roof with decorative chimneys completes the romantic-national character of the entire building.
