The Eva swimming baths are, along with the “Zelená žaba” (Green Frog) baths in Trenčianske Teplice and the baths in Rajecké Teplice, an excellent example of this popular interwar typology – even though the aesthetic stance of the architects was closer to classicist models and traditions, as attested by their other work in Piešťany. The area of the baths consists of a 25-m indoor pool with attached facilities, and two open pools – one 50-m swimmers’ pool with the charming form of the diving board, and one children’s pool.
