The building belongs among the most typical functionalist residences in the city. It has been designed by architect A. Brožek for J. Knazovicky, a prominent physician. The villa is remarkable for its application of corner windows, emphasis on flat wall surfaces and a bay window with strip glazing extending around both corners. Pitched roof concealed at the rear of the building does not interfere with the modern elegant impression that characterizes the whole.
