The functionalist two-storey building with a rounded corner stands in a street line of row houses. It repeats the redented arrangement of houses on the east side of the square. The facades are latticed by relatively generous openings. The main facade is composed of two layers. A plastered surface with four windows slightly rises from the background of small ceramic tiles. The flat roof with a glazed railing serves as a terrace. On the ground floor there is a bank office (today Slovenská sporiteľňa), the upper floors are residential.
