The structure is one of the few notable modern buildings in otherwise architecturally traditional Levoca. It is composed of two wings of uneven lengths, with elevated basement and two upper storeys. One additional floor has been added above the junction of the two wings, where also the entrance with a staircase is located. The entrance is sheltered with a slab of the wide loggia above, which has a steel pipe railing. Each of the wing-ends is finished with a white-brick-clad risalite projection. The building base as well as continuous horizontal cornices are also made of brick. The architecture itself is based on early modern principles, on a threshold between a functionalist approach and a traditional expression, which however does not dilute by any means its aesthetic and functional qualities.
